Shipping

What do I need to know about your shipping policies?


Costs: All orders C$60 or over will ship for free! Orders below this amount will have a C$6 flat rate fee applied. Processing time: Each item takes 2-7 business days to be printed and produced. From there, it takes 3-4 business days for the item to be delived in the US, 6-10 business days for Canada, and 5-20 business days for the rest of the world. Tracking: Tracking information will be provided through email on all orders! Incorrect Address: Please double check your address before making a purchase, and let us know ASAP if it was entered incorrectly; once the item has shipped we are unable to change the address. Customs or Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import tax charges that may apply. Covid: Because of the current situation we're in, your order might take some extra time to get to you. It is currently taking about four weeks or less for items to arrive. My order got lost/stolen, what can you do?


I am very sorry to say that as a small business owner of a print-on-demand business, I am not liable if your order gets stolen or sent to the wrong address. This is always a sad situation for both the buyer and seller. If this happens, I would double check to see if the address was entered correctly, see if your neighbours got delivered the package by mistake, and contact the post office. If your order is lost in the mail, I can file a claim for you for a new order to be sent out. Once the tracking information says delivered though, this option is no longer possible.





International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?


Yes! Each of our products can be delivered worldwide, but not to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, or North Korea. Orders C$60 or over will ship for free, and all other orders will have a C$6 flat rate shipping fee applied.





Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?


Unfortunately, as a small print-to-order business I am unable to offer any returns or exchanges. Please make sure you read the size guide in the description of each item, which gives the measurement of each product. These items fit true to size, so if you're looking for something oversized or are just unsure, please order a size up.




My order has defects, can you send me another?


If your order arrives with defects of any kind, please send clear pictures of the product's defects to shopmichaelpilon@gmail.com within 7 days of being delivered and I will submit a claim to the printing company for you. Once/if approved, a new shipment will be sent out to you.




Why does my print look different than the product image?


Sometimes the colours of the prints that arrive can look a little bit different than what was on your screen. This is because different screens show colour differently. If you think that there was a defect, please send pictures of the print to shopmichaelpilon@gmail.com. If there is a defect I will file a claim for you, and if approved a new one will be sent out to you.
